HASTIE, Circuit Judge. A libel and cross libel have resulted in decrees determining fault and liability for ships’ damage in a collision at sea. The appellants are one of the colliding vessels, Barge 75-8, and its owner Creole Petroleum Company. The appellees and original libelants are the owners and operators of the steamship Lady Nelson, the other colliding vessel. On this appeal the first question is whether the evidence justified the trial court’s finding that due care was exercised in the navigation of the Lady Nelson.
