CURLEY, J. ¶ 1. Tammy Kolupar appeals from the order and judgment awarding her $15,000 in attorney fees and costs, rather than the $53,000 in fees and costs requested, in her action against Wilde Pontiac, Cadillac, Inc. (Wilde) and its employee Randall Thompson, alleging that Thompson fraudulently sold Kolupar *663a substandard vehicle. Kolupar contends that the trial court: (1) erroneously exercised its discretion in failing to admit into evidence an invoice itemizing Kolupar's attorney's fees and litigation expenses; (2) erred in relying upon the recommendation of the discovery referee; (3) failed to apply the correct legal standard in refusing to award $53,000 in fees and costs; and (4) erred in denying taxable costs. We disagree with Kolupar and affirm.
